I was pretty much hungry the whole time

I followed this book and it has changed my life. It was the absolute hardest thing I've ever done. I've fasted before but never for 10 days. My fast was a little different from his, but I know we are all different. I am a healthy person and I exercise regularly. I was pretty much hungry the whole time. Your body does strange things, and reacts to change. On day 7 I had chest pain that lasted all day. At first I was concerned, but I googled 10 day water fast and chest pain and turns out, it's a thing. Just part of it for some people. It was gone that night. I lost 15 pounds and never went back. For me it was about breaking a stronghold that sugar had on me. I love the time I had with the Lord and how He got me through. The author is serious about breaking the fast slowly. Do it right. My digestion began to stall and I found psyllium husk to be helpful. This plan is not for everyone, but if you are serious about change, it works. You will look back and be glad you did it and love how the Lord brought you through.

The devil made me do it...

If it wasn't for this book I would of kept blaming food for making me fat! Turns out it's just that it's just that son of a b*tch devil who has been doing it! This book shows you, with the help of Jesus, to kick the devil in the balls and deprogram yourself from eating a whole box of Hostess Ho Ho's while watching TV!

Help Lord The devil wants me fat.

This book has to be one of the greatest books written concerning weight loss and how to tear down strongholds that the enemy has built in one's mind by causing one to overeat. By putting thoughts in one's mind to eat when one is not really hungry,the devil deceives unsuspecting Christians by the bondage caused by overeating and not being able to serve the Lord,as one would if he was in better shape. ( I didn't word that right but you will understand what I mean if you will buy the book.) The book is very pratical and awesome. My testimony after reading this book was that I couldn't fast(fasting was the author's recommended remedy to destroy the devils food stronghold in one's mind.you will read about it more in great detail if you buy the book, please don't be put off because of fasting there is nothing to it when you learn how to do it properly and are well prepared for it with pratical suggestions given by the author in this book.) on my churches fast days which was from about 7am to 4pm. But after reading the book I fasted for 11 complete days and there was nothing to it. It was easy for me.I didn't put the whole three phases the author recommends to pratice If i did I would have lost the weight permanently. But now as the Lord wills and working with his Spirit I will enquire of my Lord If it is his will for me to go through the three phases. I encourage you brother or sister in the Lord, If you have a problem with weight control buy this book and I promise you If you work with the Lord and but it's principles to pratice It will have a great impact on your life and change your eating problem forever. It did mine, but I strayed from it but I'm going to go back as the Lord wills, God bless you. Praise the Lord..
